I've had the honor of being able to help hundreds of people with challenges during different life stages.

Infertility Counseling

One of my specialties is reproductive counseling. I work with the top endocrinologists, clinics and agencies in Dallas to provide expert infertility counseling and consultation. I am a professional member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and RESOLVE and most importantly, I have personal experience with infertility and adoption. Pregnancy loss, treatment failure and relationship strain can be emotionally overwhelming and it's normal to need counseling during this time in your life. I help couples with third party family building by providing the required counseling for egg, sperm and embryo donation. I also work with couples that are contemplating adoption and dealing with the transition of a new family member. Adopted adults and children struggle with developmental and psycho-social challenges like adjustment, attachment and identity loss and grief. I'm here to help!

To book me for a session use my online scheduling calendar or call 214-520-4141. I look forward to meeting you!

If your past is influencing your current relationships, I will spend time to help you gain awareness of your original family programming. I use research based methods to help you work through emotional challenges. For example, my Points to Happy is a DIY method to help you manage emotional reactions in any situation. Points to Happy is based on the clinical REMAP method using research-based acupoints on your body to engage the relaxation response.

I like for my clients to take the Enneagram RHETI Test personality test for more accurate treatment. It saves time and money on therapy!

*Jana's therapeutic techniques include cognitive behavioral techniques, NLP, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered, solution-focused therapy, crisis intervention, mindfulness, relaxation methods, psycho-educational, didactic work, Gestalt, psychoanalytic therapy, EFT and emotional REMAP by Steve Reed, to teach you to gain control over powerful emotions like anger, rage, depression and anxiety. Jana has a BS from Texas A&M University, MS from Amber University and over 15 years of experience in the psychology of wellness.
